Have you ever played Magic: The Gathering? Do you like nerd humor? Have you ever wondered what some of our beloved characters and locations would look like in other gaming universes? Well do I have a competition for you!

Format

Submit a custom made Magic card of any Brotherhood related subject matter. The card itself may be any color or type within the game system (creature, land, planewalker, instant, etc). Game balance factors (mana cost, etc) are not considered for this competition. This is primarily a comedy competition so the winning entries will use the Magic system to create a parody of the Brotherhood subject matter.

There are several websites available to assist in generating cards. MTGCardsmith is just one example. Here is an album containing several examples of DB cards.

Criteria

Entries must be an image of a custom made Magic: The Gathering card of any type (color, land, artifact, creature, etc) that relates to a character, place, organization or event in the Dark Brotherhood. Entries will be judged primarily on cleverness and comedy as it relates to the Dark Brotherhood subject matter of the card.

There is a fine line between parody and harassment, any entries which could be construed as an outright attack on a third party are discouraged and you may be asked to resubmit prior to the closing date.
