With the arrival of a stronger government as the House begins to recuperate from its ordeal, the men and women who are in charge of this political system need someone to lead them. This requires a mundane to head the committee of politicians, to create the legislations, procedures and collect the heavy taxes that we may or may not impose. This could be in the form of a fair and diplomatic ambassador to discuss peace and future projects, or a power-hungry tyrant demanding heavy taxes and incorporating all his funds into secret military and nuclear projects.
