Specifics

Rules: Each item is worth 5 points; there are 20 items for a total of 100 points. If you can not come up with an item you may turn in one extra from the other items listed. Extra Items are only 1 point. You may only submit 2 of any one item, meaning that if you could not locate Item #3 Then you could turn in extra one more of items 2, 6, 7, 8, and 12 it make up for the 5 points. If you can not locate item 14, you can not resubmit any of the others used to make up for item #3. Bonus Points – If you find 100% of the Items, but found the same information in a different place or got a 2nd image that is different from one of your other submissions but can still be used, can turn it in for a bonus point. Bonus points only count as 1 point. In order to get 20 bonus points, YOU MUST CREATE A DIFFERENT LIST AND E-MAIL IT SEPARTELY. This will help choose who in the clan’s Top Scavenger Hunter is! Participation – This Scavenger Hunt will be taking place in other clans at the same time across the DB. Based on the level of Participation, we will determine which Clan is the Top Scavenger Hunting Clan and the runner up Clan. Here is how that will work. Example, if a clan has 20 members and 19 get a score of 100 then the total Score is 1900 Divided by 2000 witch is 95% participation. LOA members will not count against the Clan if and only if they are submitted as being LOA at the beginning of the Scavenger Hunt. Clan Leads have 3 days to declare any LOAs.

Spirit of the Game – No Cheating, House Member work with each other, but I don’t want to see 75% of the same thing on everyone list. Let’s hold true to the Spirit of the Game and have fun.

All Images must be in JPG or GIF format. All files that are attached to an e-mail must be zipped. The file name of the zipped files should be in the following format, Item#X.zip

Awards: Top DB Scavenger Hunter - Steel Cross(SC) 1st place Clan Scavenger Hunter - Amethyst Star (Cr-1A) 2nd place Clan Scavenger Hunter – Sapphire Star (Cr-1S) 3rd place Clan Scavenger Hunter - Emerald Star (Cr-1E) Clan with Most Participation, Every member gets a Topaz Star (Cr-T) Runner up Clan with Most Participation, Every member gets a CoF In the event of a tie, the one who submitted 1st wins. In the event of a Clan tie, There will be a sudden death face off hunt of 5 items on IRC that will done by the Clan’s Consuls, or ProConsuls. In the event of emergency, The Top Hunter for that clan can take the leaderships place in the face off hunt.

THE LIST

Item #1 – Locate a black and white or pencil drawing of any of the Jedi or Sith from any of the Star Wars Movies.

Item #2 - A Real Life Photo of any one dressed up as a Jedi, (Light or Dark) or other Star Wars Movie related costume.

Item #3 - A URL link to a Star Wars Fan Film that is at least 5 minutes long. (It must be free to view and does not require one to register their name and/or e-mail address to view it.)

Item #4 - A Cartoon image of C3-PO and R2D2

Item #5 - A recording of your voice saying, “May the force be with you.”(Must be no longer than 5 seconds and in WAV, MP3, or WMA format. Then Zipped up in a Zip file.)

Item #6 - A Screen Shot from the Game Jedi Knight II – Jedi Outcast from the Single Player game where you found a Secret Area. The Words “Secret Area” must be in the Screen Shot to count and can not be manually added to the image.

Item #7 - Locate a URL for an online News Article for the prototype for 'wired' soldier of tomorrow called JEDI. (Hint the date of the article must be in April of 2003.)

Item #8 – Photo of a child’s toy light saber. (This may not be a home made one. It must be store bought)

Item #9 – A Screen Shot of an exploding X-Wing from any of the Lucas Arts flight Sims games.

Item #10 – A one page story or poem about a poker game that must include 6 names of
