As the Knights of Allusis are being built, everyone is being screened by trained psychologists. The first thing you are asked is your greatest regret. As stated by the psychologist, "Everyone has a greatest regret, from leaving someone behind to missing out on a job, even maybe talking to me."

As seen above you are writing about your character's biggest regret. It can be anything. You can right about trying to make amends or fix the mistake, or have it simply be a flashback. The minimum requirement is 750 words, with no maximum.
