When Lilith applied for BTL of Devil's Shroud, I was surprised to say the least. I was thrilled at having someone who had no leadership experience in the DJB wanting to take the reigns of the current most successful team in House Shar Dakhan, and possibly CNS. In her two months as BTL, Lilith has done an absolutely stunning job at running her team. She has been an exciting new addition to the Summit and I believe she has the skills to lead larger units should she want to in the future.

Lilith also makes it a top priority to set an example for her team, never asking them to do things that she hasn't already done. For example, during the latest Clan event, she made sure she had full participation before encouraging her team to participate in the event. Towards the end of the event she successfully convinced other members to participate, resulting in some amazing last minute entries from her team!

It is her ability to inspire and set a great example that is making Lilith one of the best choices I have ever made regarding a position under me. For this, and more, I wish to recommend Lilith her first ever Steel Cross!

Since her last recognition three months ago, Lilith has written two reports for her team. No small feat in itself, as Lilith had to the two markdown courses and passed them with ease. With this new knowledge of how to write reports utilizing Markdown, she wrote two successful reports with which she informed her team of her ideas and plans for the future of Devil's Shroud. Lilith's ability to work hard and learn new things for the benefit of not only herself but also for others is a skill you do not see often in real life. This just shows how caring she is and how far she will go for her team!

Further activity includes nineteen competitions participated in and earned herself two Crescents with Amethyst, one Crescent with Sapphire and one Crescent with Emerald!

I came to Lilith with the idea to propose something for the VSDII Covenant, which lacked a wiki page for its final squadron. She took to this with enthusiasm and within the week came back to me with a proposal to host a competition to write the wiki page for the Searing Blade Squadron on a BTL level. This turned out to be a great success, with the winner being immortalized forever on the wiki thanks to Lilith's idea.

Lilith has also recruited a member to the Clan, earning herself a Scroll of Indoctrination for her success!

She has also participated in five PvP activities, earning herself fourteen Clusters of Fire. Due to her participation in competitions, she also earned ten Clusters of Earth!

Finally, Lilith has put her writing skills to good use, writing four-thousand and thirty-eight words in just three posts for a Clan wide Run-On, earning herself three Clusters of Ice. Another two fiction activities accounted for twenty-one words written.

Lexiconus Qor, our beloved Squiddles has continued to keep up his A game these last couple of months since obtaining EQ3. As a QUA, he is regularly in communication with his house, and constantly looking for new ways to better himself and the members of the clan. Most recently this came in the format of a proposal to help strengthen one of CSP's major weak points, gaming numbers. Lexic is constantly on the lookout for new ways to push himself and the clan forward. He is regularly PMing me on ideas for new clan activities, members who have been showing good potential, and suggestions of things he has seen in other units. He is typically the first of the leaders in the clan to email a new member, getting to them with incredible speed upon receipt of the new member email. He is on telegram nearly constantly, with an incredible regularity of providing info for member's questions, suggestions for things they can do, and being a generally pleasant conversationalist in the clan channel.

But in addition to his regular and consistent amazing work as QUA, Lexic also hits it hard as a member, totaling some 23 competitions participated in the last two months, earning 2 Amethyst, 3 Sapphire, 3 Emerald Crescents, 23 Clusters of Fire, and 25 Clusters of Ice. This activity spurred him on to a 4th place finish in our recent Midnight event.

For his efforts as QUA and as a CSP member I recommend he be awarded this Steel Cross. Congrats Lexic!

Elincia Rei has been a tremendous aid to myself and to the betterment of CSP for a long time now. The last several months since his last awarding has seen several major clan events, and overhauls of systems which I honestly don't know if I could have gotten through without his help. In terms of easily tracked numbers, Eli has helped me run our last two major clan events, Starfall and Midnight, thus been part of some 38 different competition management. Through those big events, he helped push for an incredibly quick turnaround to have each competition judged (24-48 hours of closing) which is impressive given how many comps would be running at any given time. Eli had also gone on to participate in 6 total competitions himself, earning a Ruby, 2 Amethysts, and a Sapphire Starred Crescents. Eli has also taken in 13 Clusters of Ice and a Dark Side Scroll.

But more than his general numbers, his continued time as Proconsul has been packed with activity. With the launch of possessions, he was the first in CSP to attempt to piece together a functional military for the clan. Hours of work and discussion later, we were able to put together a most excellent system. He then took charge in working through the naming of our systems, and the incredibly tedious job of documenting the new military on the wikipedia. This included a new template infobox, the large pages for both Navy and Armed Forces, and many individual pages for our biggest ships.

With our two biggest recent events, no only did Eli help run and come up with competitions, he was my regular go to in proofing the fictions, and the one who helped get the fictions into a lovely easy to read PDF format. So many hours have been spent talking about the clan, and future plans, I couldn't be more grateful for his efforts as PCON. It has been a tremendous joy to work with him, and a massive relief for the things he brings to the table.

For this I recommend he be awarded this Grand Cross.
