Primary reason: Aisha has continued her service as the beloved leader of the Disciples of Baas, serving as Battleteam Leader for four months since her last award. During that period she has (co-)organized 2 competitions, issued 1 report, and maintained communication and rapport with her team members. Despite a busy RL schedule, Gresee has a wide range of interests in Brotherhood matters. She has passed 1 SA course since December, and has earned 2 Clusters of Ice for writing. As COU’s reigning Pazaak Queen, Aisha has collected 49 Clusters of Fire exclusively from Pazaak, and even managed to win herself 1 Pendant of Blood for an exception Gaming Night PVP score. All told, Aisha has submitted entries to 26 competitions, 4 of which were part of our recent Feud with Clan Plagueis. Lu has won 6 Crescents of various levels for her efforts.

Beyond her activity, Gresee is also a regular participant on Telegram and email. Her gentle and kind nature has made her one of the most popular Odanites, especially among members of her Battleteam. Additional reasons: Gresee has been a well respected leader in the house since I took over as Quaestor. She has lead her Battle team through the transition of power at the house level as well as a change in the houses fictional direction, always making sure to put forth not only her own views on summit topics but also doing so while keeping her team in mind first and foremost and what is in their best interest. A prime example of this was when the house summit was in the process of setting up the new fictional direction for the house. Gresee would make sure to remind everyone of the roll her team played and would make sure we considered how the fictional changes affected her team the Disciples of Baas. Gresee more importantly has recently lead her team through the feud with Plagueis with dedication competing in several of the feud competitions while encouraging her team to participate as well. As detailed above she has also keep active on an individual basis despite the real life monster of schedules and responsibilities being more than most of us could handle.

Through all of this Gresee has maintained not only a positive but helpful attitude. If she notices that one of the Clan Odan-Urr members needs a hand or someone to bounce ideas off of she is always there to help them. Even now as she steps down from her position due to a lack of time in her real life to devote to her team, it is of her own volition putting the value of her team, House, and Clan first. It is not often that you see a leader do the right thing and step down when their real life becomes too hectic for them to spend the necessary time on their position. Even though she is stepping down from direct leadership now I am sure she will continue to act like a leader moving forward. I am sure when she is ready to return to leadership and in the time between she will do amazing things.

Primary reason: Since her last award in January, Aaleeshah has grown into one of Odan-Urr’s fiercest gamers. Over the course of 132 submitted activities, Aalee has earned an impressive 682 Clusters of Fire, 41 Clusters of Earth, and 4 Pendants of Blood. Gaming accounts for a significant share of the 33 competitions Aalee has submitted to, but he has also done some writing and earned 1 Cluster of Ice.

The sheer weight of Aaleeshah’s activity is enough to justify an award by itself, but Aalee has also continued her record of exemplary service to his Clan. She has served admirably as the Battleteam Leader of Striketeam Ooroo for 4 months, and during that span organized 4 competitions for the team before pausing for our Feud with Plagueis. During that Feud, despite significant RL obstacles, Aalee contributed to 4 of the competitions against Plagueis. Aaleeshah has also maintained the Ooroo Telegram channel and kept up communication with her BT. For all of these reasons, I am delighted to request a Steel Cross for her. Congratulations, Aalee!

Additional reasons: Aaleeshah has become a valued member of the Satele Shan summit. While she may not be perfect in everything, no one ever is. Her activity levels have been impressive as they are detailed above. However one must put that into the context that she has maintained this level of activity while struggling through several unfortunate real life obstacles. Through it all she has maintained a positive attitude and has encouraged her team to stay active as well. She has seemed to take a reserved pride in assisting her team when they need help. The numbers above speak for themselves, and be it flying tie fighters and x-wings or listening to us old farts complain while playing Civ 5 Aalee always has an ear open to learn and advice to return.

Primary reason: It was during the first weeks of the Feud with Plagueis that my former apprentice Antar Locke returned to us from the Rogues. He hit the ground running taking the Shadow Academy by force passing 6 Shadow Academy courses and earning himself his Dark Maven - Philosophy. His rust shaken off, Antar then turned toward the ongoing Feud. He competed in 4 Feud competitions which for a member fresh back from the Rogues is meritus in and of itself. Since his last recognition Antar has also participated in 12 total competitions, including the Feud comps, He has written for 3 fiction activities and has a total of 6741 words of fiction which has earned him 13 Clusters of Ice.

It is so often when we write these awards that we ask, what have you done for me lately, well Antar has done things lately as I detailed above, but he also has things he did before he went to the Rogues, also detailed above, this Dark Cross is to represent those things from the past as well as those he has done recently.
