Since joining HOU in June, Justin has been one of our top performers. While his activity is sporadic, when he does participate he does it with a zeal for perfection and dominance. Since August when he was last promoted he has been awarded a Cr:R, Cr:A, Cr:S, Cr:E, Cr:Q, CFx10, and CIx7. This activity from a journeyman is impressive. I know Justin in RL, and the man has achieved these awards all while leading a very hectic life. What time he has free he devotes to being active in this group.
