No matter how much Taldryan asks of you, whether it be official competitions or just being a guiding hand in any other matter of day to day operations, your awesomeness is felt, and appreciated.

Having transferred into Taldryan about 4 month ago, Alaris Jinn has immediately put himself into the spot of a heavy hitter in the Dark Crusade.
Alaris activity consists of not only participating in a total of five events during Phase Two of the Dark Crusade and placing in every single of them in the Top3, but in ensuring that every willing member got his/her participation placings done toward Taldryan’s overall participation record.

Alaris, when you came to Taldryan, you told me in basic terms that you wanted a break from having to be the biggest fish in the pond, and wanted a chance to just be a regular fish. A big fish in a big pond, as it were.
Since you've come to Taldryan though, you've made it clear that your skill, dedication, and general awesomeness means you're not just a big fish in a big pond, but you're in fact one of the biggest.

Ah my Apprentice in Pimpery. Some might say I have been remiss in not promoting you before now. I instead like to think of it as a motivational exercise. Look at all you've accomplished while being my GHIP in Training? Second term of GM, all those medals, a couple hero titles, every other bit of the ridiculous amount of awesomness that you've done.
But we're not here to talk about all of that. We're here to talk about rewarding you for your prodigious efforts in Phase 2 of the Dark Crusades, where you've continued to dominate in amazing fashion, finishing off the second phase as the current leader of the DB's medal board. If this were the Olympics? You'd be the United States and/or Soviet Russia. Maybe both combined. Instead, what you are is the proud owner of another Steel Cross, and a promotion from being GHIP in Training to Vice-GHIP. Grats Jaccy.

Rian Aslar, you sir are an inspiration for both me, and the other members of Taldryan. All too often our leaders are forgotten by the members for their efforts, and that very oversight is invariably a great tragedy. During Phase 2 of the Dark Crusades, not only have you participated in every possible event, you've also managed to place in two of them. You're constantly on hand to help out members with suggestions, encouragement, or any other request they could possibly have.
Your dedication to Taldryan is exemplary and I hope that this Steel Cross can signify just a small part of the thanks, and debt we in Taldryan owe you for your efforts in the Dark Crusades thus far. Congrats Rian.

Rian, your participation and success in the most recent Dark Crusade round has been fantastic - with full participation, as well as earning two silver novae for your efforts. You have done yourself and Taldryan proud.
Furthermore, your leadership of the House has once again propelled Taldryan to a double victory - with both the A Team and the General Forces defeating the opposition.
