It is an open-air vehicle powered by a twin repulsorlift for aerial flight and two podracer-style engines for forward thrust. It also has a rudder system for operation on the water. It requires a crew of 2 to operate and can carry 2 passengers. It is armed with one blaster cannon. The Oevvar is a Wookiee design that saw significant, makeshift use as a combat craft during the Battle of Kashyyyk.
