This lightsaber has been built with a reflex grip, allowing the wielder to quickly adjust to changes in combat and provide an edge when parrying or deflecting.

This lightsaber is equipped with an ionizing emitter matrix for use against droid units that may be capable of fighting through lost limbs or chassis pieces. The ionization funneled into the blade works to fry circuits in the periphery of a strike.

Crafted from materials entirely forged within the Kr’Tal System and presented to Rian Taldrya as a gift from the Clan Summit, the silver hilt followed a distinguished design, featuring a solid emitter barrel which had all of the controls mounted onto it including the activator, blade length and intensity control, and blade power adjust. Immediately below was the main body with a choked, ridged handgrip at its end. The pommel was a brass sphere and housed the belt clip. Additionally the Rian's crafted Lightsaber featured some brass highlights such as the blade-emitter and the crest of Taldryan on the main body of the hilt.
