The Elder Lightsaber is a rare weapon used by Elders capable of complex modifications and adjustments that require the skills of an Elder to properly maintain. The blade can still cut through virtually anything including blast doors, given enough time.
This hidden lightsaber vambrace gauntlet features a highly articulated, segmented design built over a matte black glove. The gauntlet is heavily armored with a polished, weathered aurodium-coated plating. The forearm section consists of large, angular plates with distinct geometric panel lines. Moving down, the wrist transitions into a separate, slightly overlapping angular cuff that allows for flexibility. The back of the hand is shielded by a prominent, rectangular guard plate. The segmentation continues meticulously down the fingers and thumb, which are reinforced with individual, rounded aurodium-coated knuckle plates.
This Elder Lightsaber's default state is an unassuming dark grey four piece segmented-plated vambrace, with the lightsaber circuitry and portions hidden. When a digital trigger is activated the forward-most top segment slides directly outward from the rest of the vambrace, revealing an emitter matrix.
This lightasber is equipped with a secondary emitter that releases the weapon's energy as a projectile similar to that of a blaster bolt, but rapidly weakens as travels to the target and is only capable of stunning or shocking a target.
The outer casing of this lightsaber has been constructed using beskar, making it nearly indestructable and resistant to lightsaber attacks.
