The Merqaal is a non-sentient quadrupedal Mammal. Its most notable feature are its split ears, which are separated into three parts. has a large mouth and large eyes. The back of this creature is covered in a scale like covering, while the delicate underside is coated in fur. These creatures make for great companions.

Lady Hatchetina was bred in a tame condition, and is comfortable around humanoids. It depends on humanoids for survival and looks to them for support. As creature handling goes up, a member can better understand and train and control this creature, but it will always look to Jenni for guidance and support.
