The MK-series Maintenance Droid is a repair droid to either assist or operate as the sole mechanic on a ship. It has tracked locomotion with a pivoting chassis, two clawed limbs and an extensible neck to carry out repairs.
Mickey has developed an obsessive personality centered around the concept of self-improvement. Mickey truly believes itself to be superior to any other MK-series Maintenence Droid and capable of accomplishing great feats. This drive aids it in accomplishing its tasks, but sometimes will result in unexpected additional outcomes.
Mickey has received advanced automated repair programming based on the original MK-series Maintenence Droid schematics, giving it an ability to perform or assist in the performance of self-diagnosis and self-repair of its mechanical systems. This system engages automatically upon damage, and can render the droid temporarily unavaialble while it assesses any necessary repairs before further action can be taken.
