The Eta-2 Actis-class Interceptor is a 5.5-meter long Starfighter designed as an interceptor and scout. Hyperdrive capable by use of its hyperspace booster ring, this vessel has exceptionally high maneuverability and speed, with only light armor. It can be equipped with an astromech droid for improved navigation and in-flight maintenance. Known more commonly as the "Jedi interceptor", the Eta-2 was developed for use by the Jedi during the Clone Wars as a replacement to the Delta-7B and saw extensive use in the latter half of the Clone Wars.

Eta-2 Actis class Interceptor "Ranger 2"" has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. Matte-green accents outlining the vessel have also been added for a more personal touch, but can only be viewed when closer to the vessel.
