The IG-100 MagnaGuard is a battle droid designed to combat Jedi opponents through the use of an electrostaff. It is humanoid in design and extremely adaptable, capable of fighting through the loss of limbs and even its head.
IG-100 MagnaGuard has developed a predatory nature similar to those often associated with assassin droids. As a result, IG-100 MagnaGuard will often approach a situation with the mind set of a hunter, and convey their findings as such. This can be disconcerting to others who are unaccustomed to IG-100 MagnaGuard.
The advanced memory upgrade provides additional computing power to this IG-100 MagnaGuard, allowing it to perform complex analytical operations at much faster rate than before.
IG-100 MagnaGuard has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this IG-100 MagnaGuard to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
