Prototype: WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle

The WESTAR-M5 is a large blaster rifle that is very accurate at close range, with a flex sight making it accurate in medium-range situations as well. It is capable of powerful armor piercing semi-automatic, burst or automatic firing modes. It also comes equipped stock with an under-barrel grenade launcher that makes the weapon more difficult to wield, but capable of dumb firing up to six grenades one at a time that detonate on impact with a hard surface with a wide blast radius. The under-barrel launchers uses the Explosives skill.

J19 Electroscope (Blaster Weapon Targeting Enhancement - III)

The top of this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been fitted with a J19 electroscope, allowing WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle up to 8x zoom with four adjustment levels of magnification and low-light capabilities.

Weapon-to-Armor Motion Tracker (Blaster Weapon Enhancement - III)

WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has been modified with a weapon-to-armor tracking system, allowing this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle to provide feedback to the wielder's heads-up-display on enemy movement.
