The Clone Katarn-class Commando Armor is an advanced variant on Clone Armor, providing better protection by utilizing a special composition and novel chemical properties in its armor plates. Designed for use by Clone Commandos during the Clone Wars, the armor is highly customizable for the unique requirements of the individual user.

Loyalist Pattern (Armor Cosmetic)

Clone Katarn-class Commando Armor has been imprinted with the emblem of it's owners unit. The design is large and easy to see, implemented in such a way as to draw attention to it through changes in texture and an intelligent use of border color.

Optical Camouflage System (Basic) (Armor Enhancement - III)

Clone Katarn-class Commando Armor has been fitted with an experimental optical camouflage generation system, allowing this Clone Katarn-class Commando Armor to hide from the naked eye and visual sensors by being rendered invisible.
