The 3PO-series Protocol Droid is designed with a specialized vocabulator and an encyclopedic knowledge of languages and cultural information. It possesses a standardized humanoid design, available in a wide array of colors but all possessing the same basic form with its notably restrained range of movement. It also possesses an advanced VerboBrain that enables it to quickly analyze new languages and translate them into more well-known ones.
Despite best efforts to keep R-3PO (Repo) in good shape, years of travel and close calls have left the droid scratched, dented, and scuffed. There is definite evidence of care and attention to the droid, but there's only so much one person can do when they're on the move. Thankfully, everything that should be internal is still internal, and the droid is still seventy-five percent original parts.
R-3PO (Repo) has developed a quirked personality, granting it an inclination towards heavy doses of sarcasm when engaged in dialogue. As a result, R-3PO (Repo) comes across as having issues taking direction and developed a reputation for 'snark'.
