The DC-17m ICWS with anti-armor attachment is a version of the configurable combat weapons system used by clone commandos that transforms it into a grenade launcher. It is capable of dumb-firing grenades loaded one at a time that detonate on impact with a hard surface into a wide blast radius.
DC-17m ICWS Anti-Armor Rifle has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this DC-17m ICWS Anti-Armor Rifle to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
The ammunition on this DC-17m ICWS Anti-Armor Rifle has been swapped with explosives fitted with a built-in basic timer, allowing the explosives fired from DC-17m ICWS Anti-Armor Rifle to detonate after a preset time.
