The BlasTech E-11D is similar to the E-11 Blaster Rifle designed as a flexible medium-range weapon, except with a large-bore reinforced barrel that improves the damage with each shot but slowing down its rate of fire due to the increased heat.

The top of this BlasTech E-11D Blaster Rifle has been fitted with a basic optical sight, allowing Netta's E-11D up to 2x zoom.

Selective Fire (Blaster Weapon Upgrade - II)
