The WED-20 Treadwell Droid is a specialized survey and analysis droid. It is designed conservatively with a base tread system, a thin cylindrical core, as well as seven small pincer-like arms capable of collecting samples, and an advanced photoreceptor on its "head" with image and video recording capabilities. At its base, it has a micro lab where it can perform analysis of collecting samples and transmit information. It was designed and used as a scout during first-contact planetary analysis by corporations.
WED-20-4-19-Epsilon "Rook" has developed a personality revolving around analytics with no room for imagination. This results in a myriad of statistics and rules of logic being delivered routinely. Such a personality can be grating on others, and often is greeted with annoyance.
WED-20-4-19-Epsilon "Rook" has been painstakingly cared for, and even upon close examination it appears as though WED-20 Treadwell Droid was freshly off the manufacturing line. Absent of any scratches, dents or even the slightest imperfections, the only thing missing is the new droid smell.
