The Royal Guard Bilari Electro-chain Whip is a unique modular weapon that appears to be a conventional two-handed sword in its resting state (using the Bladed Weapons skill). When activated, however, the weapon shifts into an articulated configuration that allows the metallic plating to bend and wrap like an electro-whip (Miscellaneous Weapons). While shielded from electrical surges, the hilt is made of standard duralloy and is not resistant to a lightsaber's edge.
