The Technocratic Artifact is a technological artifact of unknown origins linked to the Collective's Technocratic Guild and their Guildmaster, Daggo Mouk. It contains an ancient, dark side artificial intelligence capable of taking over any piece of technology it is inserted into and is indestructible. It's primarily personality trait is that it is incredibly murderous, as exemplified by the artifact's control of Meridian Station during the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian.
