The MM9 is a wrist mounted rocket launcher loaded with one anti-personnel wrist rocket that was dumb-fired line-of-sight at a target at up to fifty meters. Designed with an overhang over the back of the hand to prevent the user from blowing their own hand off, and fired with the touch of a button.
The ammunition on this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been swapped with incendiary explosives, allowing the explosives fired from MM9 Wrist Rocket to, on impact, spread a highly flammable liquid that is dispersed and ignited.
The underside of the barrel on this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been fitted with a grappling hook launcher that uses repulsor technology, allowing this MM9 Wrist Rocket to be used to allow the wielder to reach vantage points without specialized climbing gear by firing a grappling hook using the Miscellaneous Weapons skill.
The top of this MM9 Wrist Rocket has been fitted with a holographic scope, allowing MM9 Wrist Rocket to project a small crosshair above the weapon that reaches a short-range.
MM9 Wrist Rocket has been painted in a forest camouflage scheme. Every component and surface of the weapon has been applied with a mingled pattern of green and brown tones so tha tit better blends in with a forest environment.
