The Novitiate Brotherhood Robes are attire given to all who exit the halls of the Shadow Academy to join a Clan of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. It consists of attire designed by the Herald of the Brotherhood as a mark of position, since despite containing members of the newest and most inexperienced ranks, they are still members of the Brotherhood proper.

Climate-Controlled Body Glove (Armor Enhancement - I)

Novitiate Brotherhood Robes is fitted with a climate-controlled body-glove, that allows the wearer of this Novitiate Brotherhood Robes to operate in extreme temperature conditions without loss of function, or freezing or burning to death.

Heavy Armor (Special Armor Category)

Novitiate Brotherhood Robes provides top-level protection. This item can withstand cuts and blows but will buckle under 4-6 repeated attacks. It also protects from small arms such as low-powered blasters and smaller caliber slugthrowers, though no protection from stronger or vehicle-based weaponry.

Loyalist Pattern (Armor Cosmetic)

Novitiate Brotherhood Robes has been imprinted with the emblem of it's owners unit. The design is large and easy to see, implemented in such a way as to draw attention to it through changes in texture and an intelligent use of border color.
