The TIE "501st Edition" Advanced x1 is a modified version of the TIE Advanced x1. Hyperdrive capable, this vessel has exceptional maneuverability and speed, with heavy armor and shielding. Many systems from the twin ion drive engine to the deflector shield generator have been upgraded, providing it with improved performance across several metrics. It features a class 1 hyperdrive, a vast improvement over the class 4 in the standard model. The flight systems on each "501st Edition" TIE Advanced are replaced with those personalized to the individual owner's specifications.
