The WESTAR-M5 "ARC Edition" Blaster RIfle is a modified variant of the WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle. It features a more powerful J-19 electroscope that replaces the standard flex sight, enhanced cooling for longer sustained firing rates, and modernized internals to improve weight distribution and handling. It retains the same under-barrel grenade launcher as the stock model, which uses the Explosives skill.
