The 0-0-0 Torture Droid is a specialized Interrogation Droid inside a 3PO-series Protocol Droid body designed to specialize in etiquette, customs, translation, and torture using a copy of the Triple Zero protocol personality matrix. It is fitted with a multitude of hidden torture attachments inside its fingers, such as a poison-filled syringe containing 500 milligrams of xenotoxin developed by the Mandalorians, a proton charge, and various scalpels. A 0-0-0 Torture Droid served Dr. Aphra and Darth Vader during the Galactic Civil War.
0-0-0 Torture Droid has had every external component painted black as night, with attempts to minimize the brightness of external lights and features. This allows this 0-0-0 Torture Droid to more easily blend into the shadows and darkness unseen.
0-0-0 Torture Droid has developed a predatory nature similar to those often associated with assassin droids. As a result, 0-0-0 Torture Droid will often approach a situation with the mind set of a hunter, and convey their findings as such. This can be disconcerting to others who are unaccustomed to 0-0-0 Torture Droid.
A carbonite projector has been fitted to 0-0-0 Torture Droid, allowing this 0-0-0 Torture Droid to launch liquid cold carbonite at a target and temporarily freeze them in place or slow them down.
