I am proud to recommend Adrian Agrippa for his first merit medal in the Dark Brotherhood. He has earned this honor by passing twelve (12) Shadow Academy exams, filling out both his Character Sheet (ACC) and History, and has demonstrated decent communication via IRC and e-mail.
