A stylish blue, longer pixie cut frames an average (for a Zeltron) pink face with crystal blue eyes. Her body, though unmistakably feminine, is well toned and never shows more than fading scars, a result of frequent Bacta treatment. A large wardrobe mostly contains form-fitting pieces in a rainbow's worth of colors, as well as neutral clothes to mix and match. Her party wardrobe is even larger and satisfies all tastes. ALL of them.

True to her Name, Blade carries a lot of edged hardware:
Lightsaber
Katana
Kukri knife
A set of throwing knives (x5) hidden on her person
Monofilament wire
What happens to a Zeltron raised by Humans? They come out somewhere in-between. A Zeltron at heart she can be very playful and passionate, but this is tempered by her cultural upbringing as a Human and more importantly as a Warrior (Father) and Spy (Mother). Discipline isn’t very common for a Zeltron but she is determined to eliminate her weaknesses and improve her abilities. You can't always have fun. This was drilled into her and continues to be a part of her life. Her fellow Zeltrons find this odd and as such she can be a bit of a oddball on Zeltros. The rest of the universe still views her as hedonistic, causing non-Zeltrons to group her with the rest of her kind. The Zeltrons would disagree but thankfully they know how to deal with the odd one out in a party.
Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Blade Ta'var has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Blade Ta'var's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Blade Ta'var's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.
Blade has a strong sense of justice that can easily become revenge. It can be a powerful motivator but it can be taken too far. Sometimes she can get swept away in her emotions and commit harsh judgements without fully thinking it through. The positive is that she can easily carry out what must be done but it comes at the cost of empathy. Her past work with the Church of the Force as a spy gives her plenty of reasons to subscribe to this mantra.
Blade Ta’var is ambitious and loves self-improvement. This extends to whatever pursuits she undertakes, if she finds them worthy of her time. As a result, if she is passionate about a subject, she does not require coaxing to take her development or improvement seriously, but does need to be reminded to relax every once in while. It can turn into a single-minded devotion that blocks out the world around her.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Blade Ta'var has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows her the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Blade Ta'var then uses her own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Blade Ta'var has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
When Blade Ta'var gets in trouble, she finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that she tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for her compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made her the most popular among her peers, but hey, at least Blade Ta'var isn't dead yet.
