Methyas Pepoi L’eonheart, the Method Man. There’s a lot that can be said about him, and I intend to say it. He’s always been something of a One Stop Shop in Naga Sadow, with his fingers in Fiction, Gaming, and active participation in both competitions, as well as his time in Leadership positions. He’s been an Aedile for a House within a Clan, and he’s been an Aedile for an independent house, which at first glance to the uninitiated to be the same thing, but it isn’t. It’s a much more magnified scope, with a lot more souls to be responsible for, and he just does it. I’ve never, ever heard him so much as make a peep about his job, as the tough stuff is concerned. Really, as far as it goes, he makes the job seem easy. I know it’s not though, and it’s just more testament to his skill, patience, and dedication.

People who display these traits are in short supply in this world, and to not reward them for it isn’t just discouraging, it’s even a little uncool, and I’m not the kind of person to be uncool to others. Because of that, I gladly nominate Methyas Pepoi L’eonheart for the Grand Cross. This is a Merit award, and I most certainly believe his efforts merit it.

Methyas has been a busy bee since being placed as Aedile. He's been working on the wiki, keeping the Naga Sadow pages up to date, but also creating a new category called the "Naga Sadow Conflicts" which is events that have occurred in the Naga Sadow history, but centralized because each event has its own run on, or run on story arc. He's also been helping out with the Tarentum, Taldryan, Naga Sadow feud, keeping everyone informed of what is going on as well as participating in it. Methyas has also been working on the new Fractured Mirror 2 with Ashura, and preparing it for a release sometime after the Indy Games in April. He's constantly on IRC and was key in helping me decide on pushing for the support of Resistance and Killzone series. Since being selected as IHNS’ AED, Methyas has taken to the role like the proverbial ‘duck to water’. He is a natural leader, who does not let the scope or scale of his duties intimidate him; no, Methyas is motivated by the love of his House. His was a constant and driving voice of encouragement during the NS-TAR-TAL Tri-House Feud, by both word and deed, evinced by his participation in two of the evolutions. His willingness to see NS succeed has allowed him to get behind our message of Communication and Ownership, and I can count on him to be my voice in my absence. Moreover, he is the steward of HNS’ Doom Train (#5478), an ongoing competition designed to stimulate overall, continued activity, especially within the younger members – and continuously reward that activity. This speaks to a member who understands how we as leaders must remain sensitive to the time that people are spending in the club. Additionally, he does a staggering amount of work in making the Wiki better, having made positive additions to no less than 30 pages in the past two months, ranging from DB lightsaber-style adherents to our own House pages. There is no doubt in my mind the he will continue to develop into one of NS’, and perhaps in time the DB’s, most dynamic leaders. In short, the Method Man is one of the key reasons behind IHNS’ recent success – and a Grand Cross of The Dark Side is but a small token of our collective appreciation. Congratulations, Meth!

Methyas Pepoi Leonheart is deserving of serious commendation. He served as Consul of Clan Naga Sadow from June 24 to November 11 of 2011 as well as Proconsul for a short time after his last elevation. As Consul he ran the Pandora intra-Clan competition, which was a major success. He also led us during the Great Jedi war X, earning 20 Seals. He was always approachable, helpful, and led from the front. He has been on the wiki staff, whether officially or unofficially since May of 2011. Methyas has also helped recruit several new members to the Clan through his ToR activity, for which he has not yet been commended. He continues to be active after his service as Consul, earning several Clusters of Fire, Legions of the Scholar in our Clan Trivia, Clusters of Ice, and a Ruby Crescent. For his service to the Clan, recruitment, leadership, and setting a good example of an active and hard-working member even when not in a leadership position, Methyas deserves to be awarded. Methyas led the Summit in organizing 'Closing Pandora's Box', which was a Clan-wide vendetta event to prepare for the GJW. Methyas dedicated a lot of time to making sure this event went off without a hitch. In addition, his friendly personality made him approachable and easy to work with, allowing us to put together a fun and enjoyable event for everyone.Throughout the time I have known Methyas, he has been an informed and helpful person to work with. On and off the Summit, Methyas has always been available to answer questions and help out. When he was Consul, he was a good role-model. As a fellow member, he is always around, often on IRC and email, to offer advice or answer any question someone may have on a variety of subjects related to the 'Brotherhood. He is also an expert on the wiki, as demonstrated by his service as a wiki staff member since May of 2011. These skills made him an exceptionally handy Consul to work with, as he was a virtual swiss-army knife of useful information to the Summit in addition to the Clan's leader. While Consul, Methyas set a great example of what an active member should be. Leading from the trenches, he earned 20 Seals during the Great Jedi War, including several novae. This placed him third overall for the Clan, demonstrating to everyone that a Summit member could be just as active a participant as anyone else. Prior to the War, he also continued to post in the Clan's Run-on of Unrest in the City, setting the example for many other members. For these reasons, I believe Methyas deserves a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. During his time as Consul he has lead the Clan through a War and helped build the foundation for Clan Naga Sadow after its reinstatement to Clan status. Even after he stepped down from Consul he was still willing to work with members on summit, he even organized a small feud in the Clan that focused on working together instead of fighting each other. I believe that his strength and willingness to lead this Clan has earned him a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Methyas successful led the Clan as Consul during the Tenth Great Jedi War. It was with his guidance that Naga Sadow pushed thru hardship and placed 4th in the War. During the war itself Methyas lead by example by being the Clans top performer. Methyas proved to be one of the great leaders and above all else member of this clan.~ Sith Battlelord Jeric Cyrin, Quaestor of HMR Methyas served as Consul for CNS for roughly six months. During that time, Methyas led the clan during a time of war. He earned 20 Seals of Decimation, 2 gold novae, and 1 bronze novae. This showed his dedication and support for the Clan during this special event. I returned to Clan Naga Sadow at the tail end of Methyas reign as Consul. Though I was not around to witness his leadership, I can still see the effects of his leadership. He left a good mark on the Clan and his devoution to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood thrives because of it.
