(Reissue of LoR from 4/24/09) Matt has been repeatedly and severely inappropriate via private messages on IRC, both to the Justicar and other members of the club. These behaviors have included repeated profanity, name-calling, and threats. Despite being told that this behavior is inappropriate, Matt has continued to repeat the same activities again and again.
