Re: Grand Cross of The Dark Side
Mirado has consistantly been a driving force in Naga Sadow since he's arrived with us. His activity is a shiny light amongst the Journeymen and he leads his battleteam, the Regulators, by example. Having approached the summit and offering his services as BTL following Kano's departure and instituting many Journeyman initiatives, Mirado has proven he is a man with a purpose. His activity during the Tri-Feud with Taldryan and Tarentum has been superb, and were it not for his initiative with the Regulators to reach out to our Journeymen; Naga Sadow would not be as large as it is today. He's the kind of leader you look up to: persistant and forward yet understanding and open for suggestions. His continued service to the House is admirable, his target the return of Sadow's status as a Great Clan of the Brotherhood; a target he drives towards by motivating the Journeymen of our great House with competitions, story arcs and mentorship programs driven solely by himself and the Regulators at his back. It is my belief that Mirado is wholely deserving of this great Merit and an honour to support this.

Mirado came to me shortly after I became the Fist of the Brotherhood, and shortly after Kano resigned as Battleteam leader of the Regulators. Fictionally, Mirado was Kano's second in command, and at times when Kano was not around, Mirado was the real life second in command of the team. We talked about who would be in charge of the team, and I told him to continue what he was doing as second in command, and running the team without having the proper leader in place. He ran with it, leading the team through the holiday's before officially taking over the team. He has done a lot of work in inspiring his younger members to work hard, and that they will be rewarded. He asked his team during the AWOL check to email every journeymen in the House, to reply to the MAA's email so that they could be one step closer to becoming a clan once more. He has created two story arcs for the Naga Sadow Unrest in the City run on, one of which will be starting within the next few days. Mirado has also gone through every active dossier in the DJB, and complied a list of what each member used for hand to hand forms as well as lightsaber forms. He then went to the wiki with that list, and for each member who had a 5/5 in those forms, he'd put on the respective wiki pages the member's name. Finally he has done a bunch of work in the Tri-House feud as well as pushing his team to get all of their entries in on time. It is of my opinion that Mirado has earned this Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Congrats Cousin. ~ OP Fremoc Pepoi Sadow, Fist of the Brotherhood, Son of Sadow

In the last couple of months there has been one driving force among the Journeymen, Mirado Pepoi L'eonheart. He approached Sai after Kano resigned asking if he could be the BTL for the Regulators. A job he has excelled at, he's pumped activity into the small group and into the rest of the house. He's constantly on IRC; he's participated heavily in the feud. He's given numerous ideas to the summit, offered his assistance in any number of projects. He has been an ear for me to bounce ideas off for my Schools of Learning project. He currently has 2 arcs in waiting for the house run on. Mirado has been a constant help. He is very deserving of this award as a mark of appreciation for all he does and continues to do. Great work Mirado. ~Teu Pepoi, HNS RM

In all of the decisions Iâve made since assuming the role of NS QUA, none has given me more pleasure than appointing Mirado BTL of The Regulators. He actually asked ME for the gig before I had thought about accepting applications; a bold stroke that shouldâve warned me as to what I was getting! Since taking the reins, he has treated his BT as a QUA would a House; he has made decisions regarding giving slots to those members whose activity merits such an honor â this is directly in keeping with NSâ goal of rewarding those who put in the work. His voice was ever-present in encouraging all the members of NS to participate in the NS-TAR-TAL Tri-House Feud, and I believe he had a direct effect on our success, especially in the eventâs later weeks. Since becoming Battleteam Leader, he has not only run a competition gauging his unitâs preferred activities (Time For Sharing, #), and come through on his assurances that activities can be fun and engaging (Caption This!,#5440), Mirado has recently crafted a competition (What Do YOU Recommend?, #5533) designed to get his team members thinking like the future leaders the club will need them to be. This initiative alone speaks to a mind who wants to see his team House succeed â and ensure its longevity. His desire to see all members succeed has led him to the creation of arcs within our Canon Run-on, where the Journeymen will take the lead and have their say in the Houseâs direction and history. However, not content to simply be âa bossâ and âwork for workâs sakeâ, Mirado had actually encouraged his BT members to work as well. During the last DB AWOL check, Mirado instructed the BT members to contact NS Journeymen, which had a windfall of positive results. Not only did NS come out of the check with the most responses, Mirado acted as an ambassador of our driving message, which is that everyone is responsible for our success. By empowering his people, Mirado leads by example, which is something I canât help but respect â and reward. Congratulations on your Grand Cross, Mirado!
