Protector Jorm (The Jester) Na'trej has been a very active member since joining. In the last two and a half weeks, Jorm has had an excellent presence on IRC, not only discussing random topics but different DB matters that have been mentioned around the site. He has quickly risen to the rank of Protector, completing 11 SA courses, participated in several competitions, earned multiple CFs and is currently working on a training/qualification ACC match with myself. It is well known that a Dark Cross is awarded strong activity in a House and Battleteam, which Jorm has done so wonderfully. It is great to see members in the Brotherhood who enjoy being active and they should be rewarded for their efforts. For his effort Jorm is most deserving of a Dark Cross. Congratulations.

Over the last several weeks Jorm has shown outstanding activity and dedication during the HSP House Event "The Neutralization". He competed in 5 events as he has posted several times in the house runon. With those events he placed in 4 of them with very superb and quality submissions. For this great activity and quality of work I request that Jorm be awarded a Dark Cross.

Jorm has constantly been a force to be reckoned with in the house, always striving to take part where he can. He is always involved in participation of events where available and frequently socializing with members on telegram. He participated in 8 competitions and was one of the top participants in the feud for the house. He is a great example of what activity in Excidium is all about through earning 29 clusters of fire and 7 clusters of ice. but that is not all, as his participation has awarded him two crescents, one with a sapphire star and another with an amethyst star for his efforts. Jorm is well deserving of a dark cross for his efforts to his house. Congratulations!

Recently, Jorm Na’trej has shown strong levels of activity and a willingness to step in to help mentor the clan’s younger members . On the activity front, his 1183 runon words, 1 Shadow Academy course, and 8 competitions speak for themselves. Of note, four of which were for the our big Clan Event ‘Midnight’, which is always great to see in important events. As a result, he acquired 1 Crescent with Amethyst star and 2 Clusters of Ice. He did particularly well in the Midnight team events, the Battle Plan and the Run on, which saw him placing first and fourth respectively. In each of them, he was an integral part of the team, and played a key role in making each team entry successfully place. This sort of support for teams can be hard to find, but Jorm performed admirably.

In addition, Jorm has volunteered many hours of his free time mentoring the youth of the Clan as they make their way to the coveted rank of Knight. He takes the time to instruct them on how the Clan works, what ships we own and who can use them, imparts old cultural influences down to the young’uns (much like that older uncle that teaches your kids to swear), and helps them out however he can. This often takes the form of keeping them occupied when their master is busy or just being there for them whenever he is needed. Time zones can be difficult and one’s master can’t be online 24/7, therefore I greatly appreciate the long term value his efforts create when he helps weave new members into the fabric that makes up House Excidium.

Due to this heightened level of activity and dedication to House Excidium’s growth and cohesion as a unit, I am pleased to recommend that Jorm Na’trej be awarded a Dark Cross. Congratulations!

This week, Jorm took the time to diligently read every article in the clan's new dominion and military, compiling an errata document 12 pages long of potential corrections and changes to make across 18 different wiki pages. As a result, our wiki pages are much sharper and more consistent. This is a staggering amount of reading to perform such a diligent proof on, and we appreciate Jorm's review.
