I’ve had the privalage and honor to have worked with Morotheri for the better part of the year as a summit member of House Odan-Urr. In that time I have seen this Jedi devote himself to his post as Rollmaster and in the utmost respect consider him to be one if not the absolute most exemplar Rollmasters I’ve served with in my DB career. I recommend Morotheri for a Grand Cross Of The Not-So-Darkside based on his overall activity over the past year which far surpasses the majority of his peers and because of the merit he has earned based on his own actions which have been a great benefit to the whole of Odan-Urr. So to better detail why I feel this member should be awarded so justly, I’ll begin chronologically:

November 2011-December 2011

Priest Morotheri was an active participant in Great Jedi War X (or the ‘War of Aggression’ as we like to call it, do you get it you Civil war history buffs?). In the span of the War, Morotheri coordinated with the Odan-Urr wiki team and contributed to the submission of each wiki-event. On the outset, his activity in the war earned him 10 Seals, and 2 Novae.

January 2012-Present

Having seen our Rollmaster Jendan retire to RL time, the position of Rollmaster became vacant. Ji and I decided to take applications and after a short span of time (a week or two I think?) we singled down to Morotheri based on his very impressive application skills and what he had to say, and the fact that we noticed something in the Jedi that needed to be fostered. So we chose this Miralukan to serve.

In his post as Rollmaster which he held from January 2012- September 2012, an 8 month time span, he contributed to the House in an number of ways. First off, he got his skills of welcoming and mentoring new members into the ways of the DB and the difference between Odan-Urr and the rest of the DB under control extremely quick. His new member introduction messages could seriously contend with the top Rollmasters of the organization. Having gotten that aspect of his position honed, he was able to concentrate on a special project: The Masters and Padawans of Odan-Urr. At the time, our house had no real Master/Student program to speak of. It was a loose affiliation of mentors with no real goals, objectives or organization. Morotheri became responsible for the creation of our lore-specific and practical Master/student program that we have in place today. The system he created was an instant hit and by far revolutionized the way we manage the tutelage of our Journeymen.

Morotheri further added to the growing lore of Odan-Urr by creating at least 11 separate articles on the DB-wiki: Light-side Philosophies, Masters and Padawans of House Odan-Urr, Melewati Bushfighters, Order of The Sentinel, Personal ‘Morotheri’, Halls Of The Watchmen, Takawai, Captain Allan, Jebbi, Redeemer. Lastly, he created the Arca Praxeum page on the wiki which is significant because of its cultural effect on our house canon.

Arca Praxeum was the starting point for the ‘Bastions of Knowledge’ mini-arc which Morotheri authored. The arc detailed a new threat affecting the Odanites and their fictional surroundings. From this mini-arc, Morotheri managed several competitions relating to the generation of activity through house canon. He also oversaw the administration of a house run-on relating to the storyline.

This member has also contributed his skill as a graphics artist. A number of his graphics can be found on the Odan-urr wordpress, New Dawn, Halls Of The Watchmen, and in collaborations with the Shadow Academy. Since becoming a Rollmaster Morotheri has earned a total of 214 Clusters of Firs, 1 Cluster of Ice, 1 Pendant of Blood, a Steel Cross, and a fair collection of Crescents.

For the above mentioned accolades and on his merit and attitude for the house as well has personal quality do I hold this Urrian in esteem. Morotheri has been an integral part in the stability of the house and has assisted me as an Aedile superbly. Currently he has produced for and collaborated on several high-end assignments within the realm of the Jedi Vocational Corp project. His part in these has been in assisting with conceptual ideas but for the most part do I wish to see his talents of spreadsheet creation/organization and maintenance, data collecting and his appetite for taking the initiative appropriately awarded.

Morotheri has to this date met and surpassed the requirements that merit a Grand Cross Of The Not-So-Darkside (yeah I went there again). Congratulations Moro, and thank you for your service.

Primary reason

I had really only known Alora for his Graphics skills up until the point that he applied for the CS Development Team. I have to say it was a pleasant surprise to see him tackle so much more than just graphical content for the project (though he was amazing in this regard). As a content creator, Alora was responsible for creating the original document and template for Species 2.0, penned/drafted innumerous individual species Feats, as well as the Species Bible that helps us track canon vs non canon Species, and who authored each respective addition. He created the main document formatting for the Feats 2.0 document that we worked out of and created 2 unique feats that were added to the system. Alora also worked with Viv with creating a time-scaling formula for the way that Force Powers would come to behave. On Force Powers 2.0 itself, he helped with the main document formatting, re-wrote the Farsight power, and other additional notes and feedback. For Venues 2.0, Alora had a hand in writing and revising 7 of them with my assistance.

Going beyond all of these contributions, where Alora really shined was giving CS 2.0 a needed visual flare. I outlined what I wanted done, and he delivered quicker than I ever thought possible. This amounted to creating an image template for Species “headshots” and 53 image-assets that could be used to give a visual to the Species we choose to represent our characters. Alora also created a filter based off my design that could be applied to each Venues images, and now our new venues all have cool vibrant images that add a sense of immersion that they all came from the same holo-type database.

Alora still continues to step up to tasks he feels he can assist with. He has been an invaluable asset to the CS Development team, all while running a Clan of Lighties.

Thanks a lot, Alora. I appreciate everything you do for us.
