Your CSV shows a record of a man who has danced around where you could best serve and act in the interests of both Clan and The Brotherhood, serving various posts through the years, and despite it all, are only now earning your First Sapphire Blade. Words alone cannot convey the services you offered the community, nor can they make up for the egregious failing in how long it has taken to award you this fine reward. But, as the current Proconsul of Clan Odan-Urr, alongside updated systems throughout The Brotherhood, I am happy to make sure we right that wrong in giving you this reward.
