Rhace is a wiry young man - thin but athletic thanks to years of honing - with gentle green eyes, carefully-combed black hair with a goatee, and a jawline that lends itself to being slightly feminine... but mostly he just seems to look generic, which serves his purpose well as an infiltrator. Slightly-tanned skin and otherwise strong facial features complete the picture.
On his face are a series of circuit-like tattoos, designed as marks from his service to his unit during his time in the Empire; these are the only markings he will permit himself but even these are occasionally hidden. He has no other distinguishing marks or features, most of which have been healed by bacta or surgically removed for purposes of his work.

Coming from a richly Imperial family, Rhace has been brought up as a servant of the Galactic Empire. Duty, honour, service, order, stability - these traits are all critical to his beliefs and despite no longer serving the Empire (a decision not his own), there are certainly moments when Rhace acts like a stereotypical Imperial. His accent, for instance, gives it away. So does his racism against species that blatantly do not resemble Humans at all and his distrust of droids.
Rhace has an extremely checkered past. As an operative for the Imperial Remnant, he's done some things that most would consider... morally questionable, himself included. He's always glancing over his shoulder to see which of his inner demons are still chasing him or to see what enemies are coming after whatever price is on his head now. The black marks on his record will never go away and he knows it. Unfortunately, the terrible things that haunt him come from the one thing he can almost do: killing is the stockholm syndrome leading him deeper into the abyss.
With an innate talent to assume other personalities and identities, Rhace has occasion to forget who he really is. Lying is second-nature to him, pathologically so; whether pretending to be the rich son of a Senator or a homeless man, coming down from someone else's reality is always hard for him. So too is he a master of secrets - keeping secrets is important to him, but so is strategically releasing the secrets of his enemies. This makes him somewhat untrustworthy for those who don't know him well, but also points to trust issues of his own - and an innate need for trust from those he is closest to.
Rhace is the sort of guy you expect to always have a quick jibe at something, usually incredibly inane. Whether he's doing it to defuse the tension between two arguing allies, to keep his friends entertained or even to catch an opponent off-guard, Rhace is always armed with a witty pun, a joke or a dumb comment for the situation and it is forever his first choice of weapon. Conversely, very few people actually take him seriously as a result - and it also tends to get him into trouble at the wrong moment.
Rhace is an advocate of the one shot, one kill approach - take the kill at the exact moment it's needed. With blaster weapons he makes proficient use of sniper shots to take out his enemies, and even his choice of martial art and weapons have him deploying both to sever critical arteries and other vital points in a single, coordinated strike. Blind firefights are not his forte when he's expected to lay down supporting fire for someone else - he prefers to take a sniper's perch, or at the very least be able to pick and choose his shots around corners... but that won't stop him putting a gun to your head and shooting you in the face if you really deserve it.
As a commando and spy, Rhace's number one weapon is stealth. Coupled with a basic knowledge of computers and machines, Rhace will always prefer the stealthy approach to his objective then taking out the bad guy. Whether it's moving through a crowded space in disguise, disabling cameras in an enemy base or even sniping in a major engagement, Rhace prefers not to be seen. Big flashy attacks are not his favourite thing and nine times out of ten he will not engage unless he can pick his conditions and keep himself out of sight, even if it means hiding behind a rock.
