I am honored to watch the continued growth and commitment of Tamashi Bloodfyre as he advances his career in the Brotherhood and Clan Arcona. The first to the front lines in participation, he also is a dedicated work horse for his House & Clan Summit. I am proud to award him his first Grand Cross of the Dark Side today.
Since his last recognition, he has participated in 38 competitions and organized 1 competition. He also submitted 3 PvP Matches, 7 PvE Activities, 1 Fiction Activity, posted 4 times in a Run-On (7830 words!), completed 5 Shadow Academy courses, and completed 1 Dark Side Degree. He has collected a ridiculously proficient 25 crescents (1 Cr-D, 1 Cr-R, 2 Cr-A, 14 Cr-S, 6 Cr-E, 1 Cr-T) with a 66% placement rate, 113 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, and 31 Clusters of Earth.
Tamashi has also demonstrated a unique ability to help produce high level content for the Clan. He recently penned a five page document outlining a new series of Character Development competitions to run (Code Name: Back To School) for the members of Clan Arcona. The project was vetted by the House Summit and will roll out in April to run simultaneously with the Stimulus Project he wrote several months ago (and currently runs with great success!). Additionally, he has collected a mountain of research (over 30 pages) from numerous sources about the art of developing a character. This required him to comb through over 500 pages of material and consolidate relevant material for the project. He has been diligently plugging away at this task for nearly 3 months without reward; completing the task and implementing what he has learned to solely assist his fellow members.
Thank you for being a great member, a leader by example, and a mentor to your fellow members. Thank you for continuing to help set the standard in both House Galeres and Clan Arcona. I look forward to your continued success and progress!

Tamashi — or Mord, as we better know him — is one of our eagerest and most ingenuitive members. His constant and remarkable drive to improve both himself and Arcona leaves its footprints throughout the Clan, from his various competition series, both past and upcoming, to his seemingly ceaseless search for new materials and resources for our use, covering everything from character development, to better fiction writing, to the occasional piece of Star Wars music or art for a bit of inspiration. He seeks constantly to learn and get involved, and particularly enjoys giving back to his community.
While Mord’s activity speaks soundly for itself, as Braecen will tell you, it is that helpful and energetic attitude that makes him memorable. He is a fountain of new ideas and force for betterment, frequently encouraging his clanmates as well as others around the Brotherhood in all their endeavors and contacting his summit with efforts that might expand the Clan. For this stringent personal activity and service, I’m pleased to “see” him awarded this Grand Cross. Congratulations!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said above about Mord? I’ve known him for a long time now and I’ve come to appreciate the amount of dedication he devotes to whatever he puts his mind to — whether it’s toward the Arconan Character Development project where he eagerly compiled over 30 pages, to running competitions such as Curator of Arcona, which strives to focus activity on different parts of the Dark Brotherhood. All activities that are designed to bring them to our members’ attention, and far more.
Having also worked with him on the Character Development project and various fictional things over the past year, his enthusiasm is infectious and the example he sets is one that every member should aspire to. It is my honor to add this recommendation toward Mord’s Grand Cross. It is very well earned, my friend.

Tamashi, probably better known as Mord, had something of a slow start after moving to Odan-Urr. I don't mean to say he did nothing; on the contrary, he established himself as a friendly presence on Telegram and earned himself an Anteian Cross for his feedback during the Possessions beta test. It just took him a little while to build up to the blazing pace of activity he's set for himself in the last few months. Since his last recognition for activity, Mord's participated in 86 competitions. That by itself is noteworthy, but there are two other things that make this member special.
First, he does everything. Shadow Academy? He passed 2 courses. Art? 3 Clusters of Graphite. Fiction? 3 Clusters of Ice. Gaming? Hoo boy, 2 Pendants of Blood, 150 Clusters of Fire, and 235 Clusters of Earth. It's no wonder that he's racked up 1 Cluster with Ruby Star, 4 with Amethyst Stars, 1 with a Sapphire Star, 6 with Emerald Stars, and 3 with Topaz Stars.
Second, Mord wants to contribute more than just his participation. During this period, he's organized 10 comps with even more in progress. Although I was co-organizer on some of these, Mord was the one who approached the house summit with ideas, and he was the driving force behind making them happen. Back in his Arcona days, he spent 2 months as BTL before coming to COU. Not only is he active on Telegram, but he's one of the few house members who keeps email conversations happening.
Thanks for everything, man, and congratulations on your second Grand Cross!

Tamashi, or Mord as most know him, is a seemingly endless font of enthusiasm for everything the club has to offer. Whether gaming, fiction, ACC or just chatting about character concepts he's always ready and eager to participate and engage with the community. Since his last award for activity in August he has accumulated a strong record of activity that has really begun to soar recently as Arch has detailed. This recognition is long overdue and certainly well earned. Thanks for everything you do Mord!

When I hear Tamashi, or Mord as he is more commonly known, I think of a whirlwind. Since I have met him, he has been an almost constant presence on the Clan and House telegram channels. Whether it's plugging competitions he has created, another member's competition, taking on a student, or interacting with his House mates, he is a positive influence everywhere he goes. I am glad to count him as a member of the House, I hope to work with and get to know him better! Congrats!

Tamashi is a bundle of energy. Once he has an idea in his head, he follows it through to completion post-haste. I've had the pleasure to work with him on two fiction competitions and had the pleasure of gaming with him on Jedi Academy. In addition, he has always been willing to help out others, whether it be gaming, writing, or fictional development. Overall, he has been a great addition to the Clan and has made a nice impact.
Well deserved and Congratz!!

If not the most active member on our Clan's Telegram channels, Mord does hold the title for being the heaviest driving factor behind Satele Shan's discussions. In fact, it is rare to not see Mord pushing for our members to be active, showcasing competitions that he himself has submitted towards in most cases. Even before his transfer to Odan-Urr, Mord was someone whom I'd converse with on a daily basis. Since his appointment to BTL along with Maximus and I as AED and QUA, not a day went by without his input into the workings behind the scenes, nor without his contributions to daily discussions in our public channels.
More than that, it would take pages to list all of his measurable achievements, from competitions both organized and participated to clusters, crescents and courses. Though he was not listed as an organizer on the competition pages, Mord was also a contributor to the development of our latest House event, Last Voyage of the Kesaret. In this, he offered reviews of our competitions' guidelines, grading and scoring, as well as a proofread of the event's fiction and premise. At the same time, he was also running a series of small competitions that gained massive appeal in the form of a miniseries that catered to advertising Garza's Pathfinders as a Battleteam. One of these alone lent to the largest flock of interest to the Discourse boards that I've seen in the form of 66 forum posts to [Garza Presents] Make a Wish. Another from the same series, [Garza Presents] 3 Word Story, ended with 38 Discourse posts while [Garza Presents] Telegram Posts ended with 13 posts' worth of humorous quotes taken from our channels.
I have also been keeping note of his contributions towards a large audit for Odan-Urr's outdated and inferior articles, updating these alongside Maximus to reflect current information and formatting standards. Several of these articles have been updated on the site from a Google document (Satele Shan, Garza's Pathfinders, Daleem, Vatali Royal Guard,) with several more nearing completion.
All in all, Mord's contributions have left this Clan better than it was before he joined its ranks. I value him as a friend and fellow leader than I can count upon to be honest in his assessment of our Clan's direction and leadership, and believe him worthy of a Grand Cross for his efforts. Congratulations!

The man, the myth, the legend. So much can be said about the member we know as Mord that I feel I would need pages to write everything. No matter what is asked of him he always finds a way to accomplish it and even continues to ask for more. All in the sake of improving his members and his House as a whole. His activity to continually keep members engaged on telegram is unparalleled. If I wake up in the morning and don't see his usual greeting to his Housemates, it would be a first. Since his last recognition, Mord spent over 5 months as Battleteam Leader of Garza’s Pathfinders where he organized 22 competitions in addition to co-organizing another 8 competitions at Clan, House, and Battleteam levels. Leading by example he participated in 66 competitions where he earned 1 Crescent with Diamond Star, 5 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 3 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescents with Emerald Star, and 1 Crescents with Topaz Star. As one of our resident gamers, he attained 4 Pendants of Blood, 109 Clusters of Fire, and 322 Clusters of Earth. Along the way, he even found time to dive into fiction where he earned 6 Clusters of Ice and created art that allowed him to gain 11 Clusters of Graphite. Mord your ability to exceed expectations never ceases to amaze me and I know you are a great asset to both the Clan and House Satele Shan. Congratulations brother! Drinks are on you!

When we took him on as a BTL, Mord immediately settled in as a highly active contributor to Shan's summit. Many BTLs stick very narrowly to running competitions for their BTMs, but Mord kept the health of the entire house in mind at all times. He constantly questioned if there was something new or something more that we could be providing for the members. Using clan-wide competitions (the aforementioned Garza Presents series) to advertise a BT was a Mord innovation that I haven't seen done in COU previously. He also contributed ideas for the plot and mechanics of the house-wide Clouds on the Horizon event earlier this summer. He was closer to a second AED than a regular BTL, and I've no doubt that his contributions to the house will be missed.
