Seer Qor Palpatine
Qor Palpatine was born in the deep trenches of Dac's oceans, and his skin is a thick leathery orange iconic to his species. His torso is frail and slim, but he has lean thighs and toned arms. Rough ridges grow from forehead backwards across his bald head. He has long orange tentacles that extend like a beard, with a pair of gills extending on the sides of his jaw. Two fangs protrude from his mouth that are thick and white, like ivory. Being a Quarren, his eyes shine a glorious sapphire colour without pupils.
Dodecagon Holocron
The Dodecagon Holocron is a vibrant, dodecagon-shaped holocron containing vast depths of knowledge that can only be activated and used through the power of the Force. Data playback takes the form of any number of past Headmasters of the Shadow Academy.
Kyber Crystal
The Kyber Crystal is a Force-attuned crystal used primarily in the construction of Lightsabers. The larger the crystal the more rare and powerful it is. This small crystal is just large enough to power a lightsaber.

The Synergy Iron Legion SpecForce Armor is the standard armor of the Dark Brotherhood's Special Forces consisting of full body armor and a helmet. Undergoing a more refined production process than standard Iron Legion Armor, it offers minimal resistance to Lightsabers in addition to some resistance to blasters. The base color scheme uses a grey and black aesthetic with white trim.

Scholae Palatinae Special Forces Armor has been designed with a low-light scheme camouflage. Each component of the armor has been applied with a mingled pattern of black and dark blue tones to better blend with a low-light environment.
Adrenal Injector Augment
Scholae Palatinae Special Forces Armor is equipped with a limited adrenal injector. This augment enables Qor Palpatine to deliver a shot of adrenaline on demand in order to boost awareness for a short period, but adds encumbrance when compared to typical Synergy Iron Legion SpecForce Armor.
Info Scanner
Scholae Palatinae Special Forces Armor is equipped with an information retrieval device that provides real-time feedback on the specifics of objects scanned by the Qor Palpatine. Data gathered this way is superficial, granting information similar to that found on the HoloNet.
Radiation Resistance
Scholae Palatinae Special Forces Armor has been altered for increased resistance to radiation at the expense of the mobility normally attributed to Synergy Iron Legion SpecForce Armor.

Black Soul has been equipped with advanced targeting systems, enabling it to acquire targets with greater accuracy than factory a factory default HK-model Gladiator Droid. As a result, Black Soul has a reduced rate of fire.
Droid Knows Best
Black Soul has developed a personality focused around the superiority of droids. As a result, Black Soul will often question any orders it receives and will not hesitate to present its own alternatives. While still capable of following orders as directed, Black Soul will not comply without at least a partial debate.
Automated Repair
Black Soul has received advanced automated repair programming based on the original HK-model Gladiator Droid schematics, giving it an ability to perform or assist in the performance of self-diagnosis and self-repair of its mechanical systems. This system engages automatically upon damage, and can render the droid temporarily unavaialble while it assesses any necessary repairs before further action can be taken.

Electronic Warfare Suite
Black Star has been retrofit with an extensive electronic warfare suite in the vessel's lounge area. The modifications include: encrypted holonet feeds, broad spectrum receivers for communications interception, high power signal jammers and dedicated computers for breaking enemy encryption. These modifications are highly illegal and difficult to conceal should any military or law enforcement officials board Black Star for inspection. The electronic warfare suite is also a huge drain on the vessel's available power requiring full or partial shutdowns of other subsystems such as weapons, shields or other modifications while in operation.
Out of the Shadows
The Black Star contains extensive stealth technology that can render it nearly invisible to all but the naked eye. A combination of a specialized coating on the hull and special hardened electronics make it incredibly hard to detect with standard starship sensors. Due to the sensitive nature of the electronics involved, when the stealth system is enabled, all non-essential systems other than maneuvering thrusters and life support must be fully shut off, rendering the ship vulnerable to attack, and unable to defend itself.

The Reynolds DE-21 Slugthrower Pistol is a heavy yet extremely powerful slugthrower pistol that is capable of firing up to ten single slugs in rapid succession with great accuracy. Each shot carries the power to pierce light armor, but with a high recoil that makes firing the weapon difficult for those without the necessary experience in slugthrower weapons. It has a built-in mode that allows it to fire two rounds at once, giving each shot more punch, but rapidly depleting its limited ammunition and doubling the already high recoil making it even difficult to wield for the most experienced of gunslingers.

Prototype: Double-bladed Lightsaber
The Double-bladed Lightsaber, or Saberstaff, is a lightsaber weapon with a blade emitting from both ends of the hilt. Both plasma blades were powered by crystals in the hilt that determined their characteristics and color. The twin blades double the opportunity for both attacking and defending, making it a useful offensive and defensive weapon depending on the skill of the one who wields it. Both blades are capable of cutting through virtually anything, including blast doors, if given enough time.
Qor Palpatine's skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. He has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of his own. This allows Qor Palpatine to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to him solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Qor Palpatine's alternative practices. He typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything he can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.
Qor Palpatine has turned from his old ways and took the path of the Gray Jedi. Drifting from any loyal bonds and all other factions, he only follows the guidance and teachings of the Force. Qor knows the effects and influences from strict dogmas and doctrines can do to a person, so he tries his best to avoid them all if possible. While this flexible guidance aids him, others see Qor as being non-committal or agnostic.
As soldiers, mercenaries and all archetypes in between fill the Clan, you can believe that Qor Palpatine falls neatly as a scholar. Astute, adaptable and contemporary to the latest news or information, Qor thrives on knowing and telling. Sometimes this mechanism of thought will lead him to odd places he doesn’t usually visit, in order to deliver the next piece of the puzzle, or the upsetting news. Conversely, this same level of devotion to knowing leads him through the galaxy, in order to sate his curiosity. It is an ongoing convoy of learning, knowing, telling and making mistakes, to learn once more. He may seem unpredictable and his answers to problems may sound irrational, but something leads Qor to have that conclusion.
The Quarren community are known to outsiders for their crude and xenophobic attitude, but if you interacted with Qor Palpatine you would soon see differently. The Quarren is usually relaxed, patient, and benevolent. He enjoys the simple things in life, such as meditation and losing himself in work. Qor speaks with a soft and gentle accent, a side effect of living in education for most of his life. There is almost never a time when you would see the Quarren angry or afraid, which is considered strange by his peers. It is as if he replicates the Jedi of old in all but their ranks and clothing, this could get him in trouble.
Bound to his medical training and experience, Qor Palpatine has taken an oath to preserve all manner of life. Whether humane, beastly or botanical in nature, Qor shall not deliver the fatal blow, but that does not suggest he is incapable of defending himself. His analytical process of thought allows Qor to detect key anatomical features of an opponent's body that could be subject to disabling. With survival of the opponent on his mind, Qor will try to arrest or subdue them. These methods of engagement will force Qor to hesitate and watch the opponent, to monitor how their body works — a precious piece of time for someone to intervene.
Qor Palpatine was a promising student in the halls of his Clan after training with a Saberstaff in the defensive arts of Soresu. Qor feels most comfortable in combat wielding the weapon of the Jedi and Sith, scurrying around to find a similar weapon if he loses it. While able to demonstrate the core mechanics of this defensive form, he still doesn’t want to use it in battle.
