Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Tevarias has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Tevarias's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Tevarias's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.

Tevarias is not that intimidating. He seems to be easy going, and enjoys a good laugh. That is until combat breaks out. He is ruthless, almost always pressing in attack, or using the echani defence method to stop attacks against him. He seems to relish pain, and will always present himself during combat. He will laugh off most attack, even if he is actually in pain. While this makes him seem slightly insane, it has helped him through fights, as some others cannot take the pressure of fighting someone who enjoys being hurt.

Tevarias is a warrior in the shadows. He is unwilling to accept the light side, nor is he willing to accept the dark side. This makes him seem like a fool to those devoted to either. He finds it useful for a balance point. His devotion to his friends and those he cares about keep him more in the dark side than the light, but he has managed to find a tedious balance.

Tevarias has found love, and will do anything to keep her safe. Any threat to her, no matter how unbelievable he takes seriously. He will jeopardize everything to protect her, no matter what the cost. He will go to extreme lengths for her, something that makes him unpredictable at times. While his closest friends and allies know this, many of those his senior do not, making him seem like a maverick.

Tevarias has trained with Ravagers, some of the Echani, and even Noghri commandos. His particular set of skills is for close combat. Rejecting ranged combat as the way of the coward, he has built himself to fight in melee. Where some would shoot down a foe, he would rush them and beat them with his fists or lightsaber.

Niman and Stava teach a similar principal. minimalism. Tevarias will use the bare minimum to fight a foe, until the end. If he uses more earlier on, it is a sign that his opponent is highly skilled and he recognizes this. His strikes are hard yet often short. While he is fine with killing, he wishes to preserve as much energy as possible. When a strike comes in he will deflect it with his light saber almost lackadaisical, or take the bare minimum of steps away. While this minimalism seems to make him less of a fighter, for those who know combat, they know that when he fully unleashes his skills he will have more energy than those who would rather try to end a fight quickly.
