The Fall of SCEPTER was comprised of 13 competitions spanning over the entire month of September. By the end, we had 27 participants and over one hundred event submissions! The story unfolded from a simple distress call into a major event that brought back an old enemy to Arcona; however, this story was entirely created by the submissions of the participants.

Rulvak Qurroc took Fourth Overall in the Fall of SCEPTER. He participated in 8 events and collected 34 total points. However what distinguishes Warp as a member – and in this event – was his dominance in gaming. He submitted 15 gaming activities during the course of the event; most overall in the Clan and nearly 1/3 of all entries. For excellent participation in gaming, stretching outside of his comfort level with fictions, and overall activity during the campaign… congratulations, Warp!

Rulvak 'Warp' Qurroc continues to be a prominent leader and role model in House Galeres and Clan Arcona. I am honored to award him a Steel Cross today for his continued demonstration of what a member should do for his Battle Team, his House, his Clan... and his Brotherhood. There is no finer role model and I am honored to have him show our members how it is done.

Since his last recognition, Warp has participated in 25 competitions, (co)organized 10 competitions, submitted 7 PvP Matches, logged 66 PvE Activities, collected 10 Crescents (4 Cr-R, 4 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S), 376 Clusters of Fire, and 543 Clusters of Earth. In addition to his outstanding individual activity, he continues to serve as the Battle Team Leader of the Nighthawk where he fosters a community amongst his members, provides timely and informative reports on the team's progress, continually audits their activity, and contributes in the design & production of Clan-level Gaming competitions. In addition to all of this, he has been pulling double duty as the Destiny Sherpa since Destiny: Rise of Iron has launched; providing patch notes, information on builds/mechanics, and working tirelessly with members (PS4) to see them through the new content.

Thank you for being such a workhorse, Warp. You never ask for anything, but you are easily worth a hundred of these medals for your efforts with the members and our club. Keep up the excellent effort!

Rulvak is a powerhouse of gaming. Since his promotion in February, he's earned a whopping two thousand three hundred forty eight Clusters of Earth along with another eight hundred fifty eight Clusters of Fire! His Crescents show that, out of the thirty four competitions he's participated in, he's placed in twenty two of them — a phenomenal amount of activity in such a short span. Topped off by his Pendant of Blood and two Clusters of Graphite, he's done a great deal of work.

If that doesn't deserve an award, I don't know what does. Thus, I am recommending him for a Steel Cross for this phenomenal work.
