Appearance-
Tall, heavily built and with his fair share of old wounds, Tarvitz is an imposing figure at the best of times. Sporting a determined if world weary stare, his weather-beaten skin reflects a hard life of having traveled under countless alien suns, matched by his fading shoulder length hair. Adorning the upper left of his brow and encompassing his eye socket, the pale blue glow of a dark metal cybernetic eye clashes against his dark green organic right eye.
Attire-
Rarely seen outside of his battle armour save for certain formal events or gatherings, Tarvitz favours wearing it even during personal meditation. He retains two seperate suits of warplate, the first being a salvaged set of Phase II clone paratrooper armour. Stripped of its more heavily damaged or high maintenance systems - notably its jetpack - it has been upgraded several times, both to reinforce the plasteel chestplate and for space combat. While the helmet and several key features mean it can be easily identified, the dark purple colours and ivory trim disguise its practical build, and many mistake it as tarnished ceremonial equipment at first glance. Several pouches at its belt store a datapad, com-link, and a small medpac among other items.
The second, his personal Jensaarai armour, is rarely seen nor worn outside of Clan Odan-Urr's strongholds. Patterned after the Vorn tiger, it consists of several cobalt blue interlocking plates across vulnerable points of his body, bridged by a mesh of hardened white metal scales. The horned helm vaguely resembles that of a feline beast, with the intricate patterns of its plating giving it the initial impression of being little more than a museum piece.

Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Ka Tarvitz creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Ka Tarvitz creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
Rather than a true member of Clan Odan-Urr, Tarvitz is an outsider who has pledged himself to their service. Having spent several years operating without oversight save for the Jensaarai creed, he has something of an independent streak, relying more upon his own abilities or close allies than a massive organisation. Often acting more upon his moral code than orders from superiors, Tarvitz finds it difficult to walk away from the downtrodden or those in need of his help. As such, while he is certainly experienced and capable of maintaining a low profile in hostile territories, in his eyes there is no point in having the power to help others if you cannot use it.
Ka Tarvitz is a lateral thinker, and when he encounters problems or dilemmas, he is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Ka Tarvitz to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Ka Tarvitz can typically explain and lead others through his plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust him outside thinking.
Plain speaking and dutiful, Tarvitz has always favoured a hands-on approach to life. So far as he is concerned, respect is earned by a willingness to perform grunt-work no matter your rank or experience, and leadership should be proven by placing the well-being of your followers ahead of you. If you are asking someone to wade through mud to achieve an objective, in Tarvitz's eyes you should be in there with them and putting in twice the work. However, while he has become adept to thinking on the move and adapting his plans as new situations arise, he often clashes with more conventional leaders and can have trouble seeing events on a greater scope.
Tarvitz is far from the Brotherhood's best combatant, and he would be the first to admit it. Many others are better shots, better swordsmen or more adept with the Force, and as such Tarvitz often focuses upon limiting an opponent's abilities in battle. Whether this is drawing an acrobatic foe into a tight corridor or using minor telekinetic shoves to keep a swordsman off-balance, he will always seek to rob someone of their best advantage rather than charging headlong into battle. While he has become talented at analyzing a foe in the midst of combat, and adapting his tactics between each blow, Tarvitz can still be caught flat-footed by entirely new techniques or too much shifting information.
While Tarvitz will happily wade into uphill battles for the right reasons, he is far from willing to throw away lives in an unwinnable conflict. It is, after all, just as important for someone to know their limits as much as their strengths. As such, he has become accustomed to fighting his way clear of certain defeat, only to employ his knowledge to ensure victory next time. While this more conservative view has its advantages, Tarvitz has been noted to retreat earlier than might be advised, and his approach lacks the advantages of simply cutting and running; opting for a fighting retreat to try and ensure everyone escapes alive, even when it is ill advised.
