Alex made a great, personal sacrifice to serve the Brotherhood when left Clan Arcona - forfeiting the title of Arconae - to join the leadership ranks of Clan Plagueis. Since his appointment, he has delivered consistency and stability to a House known for being phenomenally unstable. His quick succession from Aedile to Quaestor are also a testament to his ability, drive and ability to connect with his members. He reports when I ask him, he provides fun, innovative competitions for his members and serves with aspirations for no reward.

Based on these truths, I believe a Dark Cross is a suitable, beginning award for his service. And I know it will be the first of many, many more to come. Great work, Alex! Keep it up.

Clan Plagueis recently participated in the Brotherhood-wide 2008 Independence Games; engaging in friendly rivalry with its fellow Clans as they celebrated our Exodus from the Emperor's Hammer. Our Clan battled for top honors, but ultimately fell short with a Fourth Overall finish. However, several new, young members established themselves as strong participants and role models for all in our Clan. These members, the driving force of our activity, deserve recognition and honors for their efforts.

Alex served as the HSK QUA for the entirety of the 2008 Independence Games. His House provided about 2/3's of the Clans entire points; an amazing feat. He, as an individual, provided an number of submissions and is deserving of a Dark Cross for his five submissions.

Krath Pontifex Alex d'Tana contributed during the final round of the Dark Crusade, helping ensure the victory on Ziost for House Plagueis. His leadership and guidance helped secure a first place standing in the General Forces Advertisement Campaign.

His services during the Dark Crusade reflect great credit upon himself, Battle Team Karness Muur, House Plagueis, and the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
