Sashar has been tremendously active since he joined Qel-Droma. He has submitted numerous pieces of fiction, he's started battling in the ACC, and he's been highly active on IRC. Also, he pulled the best trick on IRC that I've seen in years, and that's saying something. :P

As a token of my appreciation, and as an encouragement for him to continue his high level of activity, I'd like to award Sashar this Dark Cross. Congratulations, my friend, and keep up the good work. :P

For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Reb00t within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.

In addition, the House Leaders were required to provide specific visions to their new Team Leads, help shape Team proposals, refine those proposals and present them before the Clan Leaders - Dash & I. It took over a month, but we finally reached pay dirt. Congratulations, guys.

For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Shadesworn within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.

Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t.

Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. I am, however, extremely proud of every member whom helped shape the documents and gave it their all.

Sashar has completed 3 Arcona Contract Bureau Operations (Found in the Arcona Arena Sub-Forum of the Arcona Forum page) and acquired an overall score of 38 points – based on a number of criteria outlined in the rules section – I would like to award Sashar for his dedication to the developing Arcona Contract Bureau and subsequently the literary prowess of Arcona as a whole.

The amount of time Sashar has put into writing some extremely stimulating contracts without any want for reward other than to see Arcona develop is not only inspirational but it is what Arcona needs. Whilst juggling an abundance of competition entries and his battleteam, he has managed to find the time to write these contracts and throw the Arcona Contract Bureau into the fore of Arconan fictional development without as much as a flinch. It is for this reason that I request a Dark Cross for his efforts.

Sashar is a role model Elder. He shows up when it matters for his Battle Team, House, and Clan. Since his last recognition, he competed in both Fall of SCEPTER and Halloween Horror Nights with twelve (12) submissions. He continues to work through our Shadesworn initiative by holding the role of Battle Team Sergeant to steer, or guide, our future leaders; being the only form of stability in Soulfire Battle Team through three changes in the unit's leadership over the past eight months. Sashar also is a voice of reason amongst the Clan Leadership and Arconae; keeping the Old Guard and New Guard synced towards one common goal: taking care of its members.
