As Aedile, Doon has been responsible for the monthly tracking of Qel-Droma's activity, doing the break down of it all, ensuring it ends up on the sheet and combining it so the Blind Key can be granted to the deserving degenerate of the month. He also ensures that this review makes it up to me and Diy so we can process the credit pull for that month.
