While Dagger does not meet the time in grade requirements required for the promotion that Galeres would much like to give him, he deserves some reward for Excellent feud and Ladder participation as well as 5 straight victories in the OHCs Cup Tournament. Dagger has done an excellent job as Quaestor throughout the GJW. He has kept his unit active, vibrant, and on top of the pack. His own abilities and contributions were exceptional, as well.

For a superior level of conduct, Battlemaster Dagger should be conferred this new Steel Cross, at the behest of myself and ex-Consul Tarkin.
