Saitou has been the Tetrarch of Ebon Cloak Phyle for a few months and during that time he has pushed his Phyle to the extent that I wonder which is

really the elite Phyle of the House. During the past few months of great change he has been a pillar to other members, encouraging them on to better goals while remaining loyal to the House and Clan Summits when things were looking grim.

Through his activity, both by participating in competitions and IRC activity, Saitou set an example for the rest of the house, bringing a much-needed spirit into House Acclivis Draco. I wholeheartly recommend this medal.

For many hours spent on IRC making the most of the online community through interacting with other members of the Clan and the Brotherhood, thus strengthening our social connections. Pplus he's an immense power in driving the Clan on in competitions, especially his Phyle.

Since his last recognition, Saitou has continued to be an active member of Tarentum. He's participated in 13 competitions, earning 4 Crescents (3 Sapphire, 1 Emerald), 2 Clusters of Graphite and 3 Legions of the Scholar for his efforts. These awards do little to expand Saitou's ID line, expansive as it is, and winning in competitions is not even Saitou's most brilliant contribution.

Saitou's true worth is as a constant presence in Tarentum. A veteran of the Brotherhood, Saitou has seen and done much, claiming impressive victories and climbing the ladder of leadership throughout his career. Now, he directs his efforts at training the next generation of the club, mentoring those who will lead Tarentum tomorrow. Each day, Saitou can be found in various channels throughout Telegram, and especially in Tarentum's clan chat. Here, he excels in creating a positive, nurturing environment - particularly for our newer recruits, but also for returning members (like myself). His kindness, mentorship, and wit are a boon to our daily interactions as a Clan, and while these assets are not recorded on a dossier, they are crucial to Tarentum's everyday existence and atmosphere. For his dedication and service, Saitou is deserving of a Dark Cross.
