Of course, merely mentioning the dry facts does no justice to the person. He's an extremely important member for Arcona as a whole and for Soulfire specifically. He's a joy to have around on IRC, and generally liked and popular with the other members. All in all, just a great guy to have around, for which alone he should deserve this award, in my opinion.<br> <br> But there's more to be said. Since June, Nadrin hasn't been promoted, and aside from the rather meager DC he got for his formidable GJW efforts, hasn't received a single merit award. To correct this, I believe this Steel Cross is most definitely in order.<br> <br> But the final reason for this recommendation has a much brighter note: on October 5th (which, at the point I'm writing this, is 5 minutes away) Chris, as we all know him, will turn 18. It's a huge milestone and worthy of heavy drinking... er, I mean celebration. I hereby recommend Zandro Savric Erinos be awarded the Steel Cross for his participation and efforts in the GJW. Zandro came 71st in the JO/JA/JK Ladder, scoring 20 Match Points. He also came 32nd in the BF2/EaW/Other Ladder, scoring 51 Match Points with a total of 15 Matches Played. Furthermore he came 27th in the ACC ladder, 65th in the fiction ladder and 108th in the graphics ladder. This exemplary participation and effort is thoroughly deserving of recognition. Arcona thanks you for your hard work.

As the Quaestor of House Arcona, Zandro has been a fantastic role-model; he leads by example and he’s always willing to help members, regardless of time constraints or the complexity of issues. He has, alongside myself, constructed and orchestrated the Communication Breakdown Run-On as well as using his spare time to fictionally develop Arcona. He was the driving force, along with the previous Quaestor of Tarentum, Ronovi, in the Operation Plain Sight House Feud, in which Arcona dominated and subsequently won through no other means than his exquisite leadership, drive and inspiration. He has written the overview of the operation and he is also heavily involved in the fictional development of Arcona’s “Operation” system.

Perhaps one of his most influential projects of late is that of the “Operations” system, wherein, every month, alternating between Quaestor and Aedile, a new “Operation” is released, giving some meaning to the competitions within the house, rather than just simple, inapplicable competitions that hold little weight. He has single-handedly constructed this concept and implemented it within the house. Not only are members encouraged to participate, but, in the event of winning, they are written into the permanent Arconan history, really giving an extra edge to the whole construction and giving members something more than a crescent to aim for, all of which was his idea. He has solely taken hold of the Arcona Contract Bureau, offering contracts to the entire house, requiring a significant amount of time and effort in the construction and writing of their contract introductions and he has taken a great deal of time in really making sure that the members are engaged, moving away from the traditional competitions and implementing new and exciting ways for Arconans to be involved. This entire month, he has been writing competitions, judging, releasing results and writing up the final drafts including the winners of the competitions single-handedly.

He has, in the view of the summit, shown considerable dedication to Arcona as a whole, adding another dimension to the development of Arcona and really acting as a bastion of the summit. He has proved to be more than a leader, but a real asset to the House; exemplifying how far he is really willing to go to fully engage the members of Arcona. He is a role-model to Arconans and other Quaestors alike and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty for the House - it is for this reason that I request that he be rewarded with a Steel Cross.

As a veteran member, Nadrin is no stranger to the Brotherhood. He has seen it all, and even as a former Consul and member of the Arconæ, is still one of the most dedicated members of Clan Arcona. Since his last award back in September, Nadrin has taken part in a large amount of competitions. This includes completing five events in the Fading Light III Vendetta, as well as taking Joint 1st in the September ACB Pilot. He also came 3rd in the DB-wide SWTOR Race to 60 competition. Add to that ten out of eleven events in the Eleventh Great Jedi War, including a 6th place in the Battleplan, and 4th in the Run-on, and you get an idea of just how much time Nadrin still gives to his Clan. He also posted 2 posts in the Galeres Run-on, then added another 2 posts in the followup clan-wide Run-on.

I am honoured to be recommending Nadrin for this Steel Cross, he has been an active and driven member inside of House Galeres and Clan Arcona striving to help progress the house and clan with everything he does.

Since his last award Nadrin has continued to strive to help out wherever he can, this can be the simple thing from giving advice to myself and other leaders telling everyone his opinion straight up on matters and never hiding the truth about things. Helping to give you the straight answers and helping if things can be improved. Such tasks of these have been in proofing easily over three thousand words, helping to keep members from getting involved in the Battleplan and even the Run-On. Threw all his activity he continues to maintain a heavy presence on IRC and other communication methods. Constantly offering assistance Nadrin has helped in the recent story behind a house wide event, helping set the scene and growing and expanding the story of the House. He continues to improve others around him with the effort and time he puts into this club.

For all of his hard work and effort I am honoured to be giving Nadrin this Steel Cross, he is truly a great member of the Clan, helping others without want. For all of his contribution I am happy to see him get this medal. Keep up the hard work in the future Nadrin and I look forward to seeing what else you do.
