Benevolent is one of the pillars of House Dinaari and Clan Taldryan itself. He has recently been given the position of Aedile, in which I’m sure he will excel. Previous to this appointment, Ben was possibly the most consistently active presence in the Clan. He plays in multiplayer competitions as well as other competitions. He also creates custom levels for Jedi Outcast using a Dinaari theme. The only reason this isn’t a recommendation for a Steel Cross is the fact that he was somewhat recently given a Dark Cross for other efforts. Still, he more than deserves this reward. Ben has shown a significant level of activity and dedication in the Rite of Supremacy, as well as other events leading up and after. He showed a strong presence in the RoS with fiction and gaming particularly. He earned 27 points via fiction, was ranked 18th in the EaW gaming section, and 44th place in team gaming, and placed 75th overall within the Brotherhood. His coding skills are a valuable asset to the Clan, and his constant work and improvement of the site(s) make the Clan that much of a better place. He has a strong IRC presence, and is always willing to help out anyone with questions regarding anything under his area of expertise. Good work, Ben, you've earned this Cross!

Ben has done me an amazing service (and no, not that kind). After months of me bitching about the manual IRC idling for ICTE matches he made me a cool web page that allows participants to simply fill in a few text boxes and have it sent to my email address so I can grab them later. And, after I discovered I couldn't get it to work right for me, Ben uploaded it to tal.net and added in some instructions I wrote up. I don't usually award merit medals, but Ben has been a huge help and I feel he deserves something for his efforts. Thanks Ben.

Ben has helped Shad host four competitions when Taldryan re-clanned. These varied from pazaak, to short fictions, to run-ons, and a jigsaw puzzle. The later setting a trend in Taldryan and CNS (Looking at you Malik). As a recipient of 7 Seals of Loyalty, one which was awarded recently, Ben’s devotion to Taldryan is well known. Trapped within the confines of the wiki (or being the wiki?) Ben still manages to enter in competitions on a regular basis, even snatching up a crescent in the process. - Kaz

Ah yes, here we are again with everyone's favourite Ben Father!

I may jest, but that actually speaks something to the kind of member Benevolent Taldrya Whiner is. He's a constant presence in the Clan, whether he's sharing stories or participating in comps, he's the kind of member you are thankful to have around, especially given the experience he has in the club.

But enough of the gushy stuff, let's talk about his actual achievements.

Since his last award Ben has participated in a total of 10 competitions, of which he has earned 2x Legions of the Scholar, 5x Crescent with Sapphire Stars, and 1x Crescent with an Amethyst Star.

Ah, Ben. I absolutely adore him. He's a constant presence within the Clan and a Bastion of knowledge whenever it is required. Foe example, when the Taldryan Summit brought the idea of Taldryan Artifacts to the Clan, Ben was the one who provided the link to the list of old Taldryan Artifacts that we could use for reference.

In total, Ben has participated in 12 competitions, and has earned;

Ben is once again a consistent member of Taldryan, continuing to add on numbers to the Clan's activity level!

Since his last recognition, Ben has competed in 16 individual competitions (the most recent being from the Pro Bowl and an unhealthy addiction to The Button) and he has earned the following;

Crescent with Diamond Star x 1 Crescent with Amethyst Star x 1 Crescent with Sapphire Star x 2

On top of this, Ben has also passed two Shadow Academy courses!
