Reliability and consistency are much needed traits, and Lech definitely shows those traits . For more than three months now, he has emailed me the competitions section for my report on the same day every week, created new topics and tried to encourage message board activity, and helped me with the content for the NightHawks Battle Team website. All of this he did without a question of reward. Much of my consistency stems from his support.
